1. Introduction and Agreement:

• By accessing this website, you are acknowledging and accepting these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) which are subject to change by Soul Whispers Collective at any time and at our discretion without notice.

• You affirm that you are more than 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these T&Cs, and to abide by and comply with these T&Cs.

• By accessing or using the services provided by Soul Whispers Collective, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

• Please review these T&Cs carefully before using our services. If you disagree with any part, do not use our services.

2. Services Description:

• Soul Whispers Collective provides Integration to Wholeness Facilitation and Spiritual Life Coaching as described in the “Services” page on the Soul Whispers Collective website.

• Services may be subject to change based on availability and updates at our discretion.

• You may or may not be provided recordings of calls. Depending on technology and third party software, there may be software expirations.

• Integration to Wholeness Facilitation and Spiritual Life Coaching session(s) will be registered using the “Acuity Scheduling” website.

3. Client Obligations:

• You must provide accurate information when registering for our services.

• You are responsible for all fees associated with your purchased services and any additional services requested.

• You agree to cooperate with Soul Whispers Collective in the delivery of services. Sessions may be rearranged in accordance with the Coach and within the written T&C’s.

• You agree to attend your scheduled session(s) no later than 10 minutes after your scheduled time.

• You agree to refrain from spam, publishing, filing or recording any oral or written statements that would likely have a negative or injurious impact upon, or that is derogatory, defamatory, libelous, or slanderous.

4. Cancellation Policy:

• There are no refunds for cancellation of services purchased.

• Showing up 10 minutes or later after your scheduled time or no attendance (no-show) may result in additional charges.

• Clients should provide at least 48 hours or more notice in rescheduling Integration to Wholeness Facilitation or Spiritual Life Coaching session(s).

5. Payment Terms:

• Payment will be made according to the agreed-upon schedule, either per session or per session package basis.

• Integration to Wholeness Facilitation and Spiritual Life Coaching session(s) must be completed within 90 days of purchase otherwise the session(s) fee will be forfeited.

• All payments are currently made through PayPal.

6. Intellectual Property:

• All intellectual property rights related to our services, including software, designs, and content, belong to Soul Whispers Collective.

• You are granted a non-exclusive license to use our services for your business purposes only.

7. Confidentiality:

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information disclosed during the Integration to Wholeness Facilitation and Spiritual Life Coaching session(s).

• You understand that the use of technology is not always secure and you accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of, but not limited to, email, text, phone, Zoom, and any other form of communication.

• Client information will not be shared or disclosed to a third party unless client authorization is obtained in writing. If your Integration to Wholeness Facilitator or Spiritual Life Coach is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, she will do so to the extent the law requires.

8. Limitation of Liability:

• Soul Whispers Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

• Soul Whispers Collective strives to provide high-quality services, but cannot guarantee perfect results or outcomes.

9. Medical Disclaimer

• You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your well-being during your Integration to Wholeness Facilitation and Spiritual Life Coaching session(s) and subsequently, including your choices and decisions.

• You understand that Integration to Wholeness Facilitation and Spiritual Life Coaching session(s) are not a substitution for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and you will not use it in place of any form of therapy.

• You understand that the Integration to Wholeness Facilitation and Spiritual Life Coaching session(s) you will be receiving from your Integration to Wholeness Facilitator and Spiritual Life Coach are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care, mental health advice, or medical advice. And, are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions.

• You understand that your Integration to Wholeness Facilitator and Spiritual Life Coach is not acting as a mental health counsellor or a medical professional.

10. Termination:

• Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice, including in cases of breach of these T&Cs.

• Upon termination, all outstanding fees will be paid in full.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes will be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation; if unsuccessful, will be subject to binding arbitration.

• These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of and in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. You hereby consent to binding arbitration in the State of Colorado to resolve any disputes arising under these T&C’s.

• You hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge your Integration to Wholeness Facilitator and Spiritual Life Coach, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages you may claim to have or that you may have arising out of acts or omissions by yourself or by your Integration Facilitator and Spiritual Life Coach as a result of the advice given by your Integration to Wholeness Facilitator and Spiritual Life Coach or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement.

• You further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to you to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind your heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
